悲劇人物
Here is a sample of a music only demo titled 'unrelated' written by 楊淽 who also did the demo vocal(not posted), it was just her singing and the piano, simple yet emotional. While producing 張敬軒 in his breakthrough album '酷愛'. 悲劇人物 was the last track to record to complete the album. This is among the most touching lyrics written by 林夕. Although 酷愛, 迷失表參道, 我的天 were all hits by then if only it was a given a chance as the plug song this would have been another hit. Fortunately, after the release of this album this song was embraced by many. It was widely discussed topic in the music forums.
不吐不快
Another jewel by Chris Chak/林夕. The arrangment was beautifully done by 陳珀. Although these were fake strings and horns which were later overdubbed with real ones it already gave a sense of warmth and serenity.
Initially the song was over 5 minutes so I had to cut a repeat verse. I'm glad I did because Hins would have ran out of breath before completing his vocals (just kidding), nevertheless, he did a superb job.
